Rarible Announce A Competition For Tezos Artists With A Cash Prize

Rarible, one of the biggest NFT art marketplaces in the world, has announced a unique competition for Tezos artists. Officially called Convergence, this competition is an open call for Tezos artists to create a unique piece of art for a community mint. You can submit your art from today, September 27th, and the competition will close on October 14th. The community will vote to select the winner, who will receive a fantastic cash prize!

Rarible is a huge multi-chain, community-focused NFT marketplace. To give back to its community, they have launched Convergence, a competition for Tezos artists. To take part, Tezos creators must submit their art via the Rarible Discord.

There are no rules to the Rarible Tezos art competition, but artists must create an interpretation of the theme ‘Convergence’. The official Rarible Discord announcement states, “How would you visualize the theme “Convergence”? Rarible invites our Tezos community to make a unique piece of art for an extra special project.”

How to take part in the Tezos art competition!

To take part, Tezos creators must submit their art via the Rarible Discord channel, #│tez-submissions. Additionally, Discord members must first claim a Tezos role by clicking on the Tezos emoji.

Submissions begin September 27th and close on October 14th. Following this, the community vote will take place between October 17th-21st. The winner will officially be announced on October 25th. 

Finally, Rarible has announced that it will display all submitted art in a virtual exhibition to celebrate the competition and the artists participating. This will take place at the Rarible Spatial Gallery on October 28th, with a virtual party and even a live DJ.
